The
new 5-Star Hotel & Residences is a 55 Story
tower rising over 500 feet overlooking downtown
Chicago’s North Michigan Avenue, The Magnificent
Mile, and across towards Lake Michigan.
The Building is a mixed-use project composed of
a five star luxury hotel, 100 luxury condominium
units, a restaurant, a spectacular roof top spa
and function area, and parking for 600 cars.

building’s unique location, and its elegant
proportions fit properly with a modern glass façade
allowing expansive, uninterrupted views. The scale
and proportion of the podium elegantly integrate
the parking podium within the scale of the tower.
Above the parking podium, a sky lobby takes advantage
of a 30-foot high zone opening the views to the
city and the sky above. |
