PROJECTS :: COMMERCIAL

Atlantic Telecom
Brooklyn, New York

Atlantic Telecom is an adaptive re-use project of an existing warehouse building into a telecommunications server facility. In light of the drop in demand for server space, we were hired to reconfigure the building for back office use for the Bank of New York. The re-design involved creating a new lobby and entrance as well as additional feasibility studies for the building as a mixed use office and housing.
