The project is a 42 unit condominium project and includes parking, a pool and recreation area, and two loft penthouse units. The plan is a square point tower plan, and is proportioned to reinforce its cubic dimensions as well as accentuate its verticality. The balconies are used to complete implied volumes outside of the main cubic volume, as well as provide dramatic outdoors space with open views towards the downtown skyline.
