Design
Alayo Architects has had the great fortune of having
been selected by the most renound hotel operators,
and has contributed their expertise to the field
creating some of the most distinct hotel concepts
in recent years. involved in hotel design for the
past ten years we continously develop solutions
that create a niche in the marketplace with a unique
product that has no competition. Alayo Architects
does not take on any new commissions unless it has
the full attention of the firm’s principals.
As a product driven firm, we look towards a more
intelligent process that engages the needs of the
operators with the owner/developer, maintaining
design integrity through maximizing the value of
their investment.
Residential Multi-Family
The design of multi-family housing has been the
core of our business since its inception, and is
the forte of the firm. We have over three million
square feet of residential high rise experience
and over two thousand units completed. In every
marketplace we have worked, our designs have exceeded
our client’s pro-forma values and the highest
dollar per square foot sales within their marketplace.
Each project is viewed to have its unique circumstances,
market conditions and commercial objectives, and
we take seriously those parameters, allowing our
clients to formulate and develop their development
programs as new solutions are generated to satisfy
the commercial goals.
Interior Architecture
The firm has had the privelege of being entrusted
with a select number of Corporate Offices and private
residences. These represent a unique opportunity
for the firm to further refine many concepts and
innovations within the commercial practice to a
level where specific detail and customization can
be achieved. Because of the intensive emotional
and time commitment required for this type of project,
Alayo Architects will only take on private projects
where the full attention of the firm’s principals
can be assured. We respect each client’s aesthetic
sensibilities, and look to enhance their understanding
