The proposal for Site 5C is composed of 250 apartment rental units, ground floor retail, parking and a common landscaped garden for residents.  The 310,000 SF project is sited to form an edge between the adjacent school park and open towards West Street through the common garden.  The exterior façade compliments Tribeca’s texture of industrial masonry structures, re-interpreted to suit the residential scale.
